Valid Driver's License, State Identification Card, Employee ID or Military ID
Your original Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate (Certificate will be returned to address on your DS-11 application)
Passport Fees
Check or money order (NO CASH) made out to the U.S. Department of State will be accepted in the amount of $110.00 for adults and $80.00 for children, and a $35.00 fee by check or money order made out to Norwalk Public Library.

Low Impact Aerobics with Linda2019-09-19T13:30:00The Norwalk Public Library is pleased to offer a new Low Impact Aerobics class led by instructor Linda Lombardo, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m., in the Main Auditorium located at 1 Belden Avenue, Norwalk. .
Known to local residents for her work as a Silver Sneakers instructor, Linda has been a Business Education teacher with the New Canaan, Norwalk, Fairfield, Greenwich and Stamford Public School Systems for over 20 years. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a health fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutrition counselor. Stop by on Tuesday or Thursday to welcome Linda and try out a new version of Low Impact Aerobics.
