No registration required, but there will be a limit of 12 children. Caregivers may wait in the Children's Department.

Breaking Kola An Inside View of African Customs
Breaking Kola a sign of hospitality , respect and community in Igbo culture, has become familiar and beloved ceremony for Catherine. During her twenty-four years in Nigeria she participated in breaking kola with family and friends hundreds, of times. She continues to share in the ritual on her frequent visits back to the country where she married, raised a family, and has children and grandchildren.
A light lunch will be provided by the Library.
