  5. Surviving e-Commerce - Small Business Defense

    January 17, 2019, 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM @ 3/4 Auditorium

Stamford consultant Richard Fabbri of Scarce Ideas, LLC will discuss how small business can survive e-Commerce. We've witnessed JC Penny, Toys R Us and other 1000's of stores closing. We explain modern concepts that reduce e-Commerce losses : examples show how to keep and find new customers. Our Artificial Intuition (AI), reveals unique groups of similar customers. These unique groups mean small business owners can service customer uniqueness at less expense. Unlike Facebook, Google, Amazon and Walmart, small business owners can service customers w/o the detailed knowledge that violates their privacy. Always, 'know your customers' but also know how they feel about your small business. This unique knowledge helps you keep and find new customers.
