Week 3: Reducing Stress, Social Support/Connection and Sleep Hygiene Stress can affect may things in your life including your quality of sleep. Improve your sleep health by learning some healthy sleep habits, information on the benefits of sleep, along with consequences associated with inadequate sleep hygiene. Find ways to reduce stress and build a network of social support and connections with others, two keys to good health and success with any resolution.
